End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs your use of the Clipper Next desktop software.

License Grant

Clipper Next grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one device.

Ownership

Clipper Next retains all rights, title, and interest in the software. Purchasing a license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

Device Locking

Each license is locked to a single device.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or resell the software
• Share license keys
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the app

Updates

Updates may be provided at Clipper Next’s discretion. There is no obligation to provide future updates or features.

Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate this agreement. Access to the software may be disabled.

No Warranty

The software is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Clipper Next is not liable for any damages arising from use of the software.

Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Clipper Next regarding the software.
